Case #1

Fast Serve is $25 million 350 person Company dedicated to direct marketing of branded sport apparel. Fast serve decide to expand and create a two online marketing and distribution channels, the sales were not what they expected and need to cost by reducing personal. They have five possible employees to be review and from those five only three will be discharge.

First Employee to be discharge will be Mr. Brian Carter has a carpel tunnel syndrome and an increasing absenteeism problem. He is a contract employee with a average production employee and his specific technical skills and knowledge are no longer needed. He can place a law suit base on Title VII under American Discrimination Act also known as ADA prohibits employer discrimination against disability.

The next employee is Mrs. Sarah Boyd she is fifty three years old women with no college education and a minor absenteeism problem. Her skills are repetitive and mostly obsolete for the company purpose. Sara is protected under Title VII, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission EEOC, and the Age Discrimination...
