Abstract:

This paper will talk about the key points made by Tami Cromar owner and founder of RubySnap a guest speaker from Lecture in Entrepreneurship. This paper will summarize the key points made by the speaker in detail and will explain why each concept is important to a new and growing company. The key points made by the speaker are then compared and contrast with key points made by the author of an article in leadership and management. After the comparison, paper will discuss the application of the concepts to the real world business settings and will provide recommendation on how these concepts will improve the functioning of organization selected. In the end paper will briefly explain the importance of concepts and relevance of recommendation.

Tami is perfect example of doing what you do because you love it. Tami is very interesting, inspiring, passionate and funny lady. Tami completed her bachelor’s in Architectural Design from Brigham Young University. Tami worked as a designer with Midwest Office Supply from 1996-2008. Tami left the corporate world to pursue a career in something she has always enjoyed; baking. Tami has a passion for baking and she mentions in her lecture that she loves baking because she wants to make sure that the food she consumes should be awesome and delicious.
