RE; REQUEST FOR PARKING SPACE IN YOUR HOTEL PREMISES.

I hereby request to be given some parking space within your hotel premises to be in a position to put into use a newly acquired vehicle and do business in partnership with your reputable hotel.

Recently, I acquired a new Nissan Sunny B15, registration no. KAZ682A that I intend to put into taxi business and subsequently paid a whole years PSV insurance license and also got it inspected.

My business proposal is to have the vehicle ferry hotel to and from the hotel and to their preferred destinations. The vehicle will be provided with a driver who falls under my responsibility including fuelling and servicing. The control of the vehicle will remain with the hotel during the day for your convenience and a system worked out between the management and myself on vehicle usage. It will be available every morning from 7.00am

(Unless prior determined bookings) up to as late as business is available everyday of the week excluding Sundays to facilitate regular servicing of the vehicle.

It is my sincere hope that my proposal will be considered to help me grow my cab business and create a relationship with MarbleArch Hotel and I wish to take this opportunity to wish the hotels management a prosperous future in the hotel industry.
