Descriptive Memo

Dear Colleagues,

In recent years Delta Airlines has been the product of extreme change. In order to keep up with evolving times the company will also need to continuously be open to change. As employees of the number one airline in the United States we have the daunting task of keeping on top of our job duties, efficiency and customer service so we do not fall from our position. We collectively worked together to achieve this honor and we will have to collectively work together to maintain the honor. The changes this company needs to in order to ensure we stay on top are simple; finding a more efficient way to preform our job duties to increase company profits and to consistently provide the best customer service in the industry.

As we currently stand our job duties are extremely clear. Delta Airlines mission is clear to provide excellent customer service while in the air or on the ground. In the coming months I will be vigorously working with our shareholders and Human Resource Department to better align positions within the company. In the mist of realigning positions there may be a few loss of jobs. However, our promise is to our employees we will keep the best and most valuable employees on board and they we will properly compensated for their time and commitment to the company.

We will undoubted continue to invest in the future of our company. As an efficient organization we will be better equipped to move in the right way towards the future. We will continue to add new features to our aircrafts, airport check-in desk and lounges. This in turn will help the company generate more secure positions and grow the company’s customer service level. This will help us maintain our status as the best airline in the United States.

As a company we not only have an obligation to our customers but we also have obligation to each other, our shareholders and all other stakeholders invested in the company. We will be able to ensure a successful company if we...
