Tell me something about yourself?

I became interested in the Health Services Management field because I have always been fascinated with the many roles you can play in health care. I have been in the Navy for over 9yrs and what has stuck with me the most was how our medical department functioned. The department was responsible for keeping records for over 3500 sailors. From appointments, to keeping track on immunizations, check-ups, etc. It could get quite hectic. I’ve always wanted to help. Solve the problem. Put a system in place to help things run smoother. This field will help me do just that. Minimize the chaos, maintain order in the work place, and implement ways for organization which maximizes production.

Why should I hire you?

Although I have little experience in this field, I am willing and ready to learn. I have great managerial skills, I am a great people person, and my customer service skills are excellent. I am very reliable and you can depend on me to get the job done.

What are your strengths?

I am very hard working. I am a quick learner as well as a good listener. I am well driven and proactive.

What are your weaknesses?

My weakness would be my emotions. I am a very emotional person. I put my all into things and I want the max in achievement.

Why are you interested in working for our firm?

The reputation speaks for itself. It would be an honor to be able to be a part of this team. A family friend spoke volumes about how good everyone works together and how much everyone supports and wants each other to succeed. I want to be a part of this team.

What can you contribute to this company?

I am a dedicated and hard worker that will get things done efficiently. I can be flexible and be wherever I am needed. I can bring my personal experience and perspective to positively interact with the staff as well as the clients.
