Over thirty years ago, Ben & Jerry’s opened their first scoop shop in a small town in Vermont and introduced the world to its creative flavors of premium ice cream. In 1994, Ben & Jerry’s began distributing ice cream in the UK and proceeded to expand worldwide. In 2000, the brand was acquired by Unilever giving them the opportunity to expand worldwide.

Innovative in the way it even names and pairs ingredients to make their fun flavors, Ben & Jerry’s sought an equally innovative company to assist them in reaching their customers from all around the world.

Innovation meets dynamism...

Ben & Jerry’s needed a dynamic design and easy-touse platform that could be adapted to multiple sites for each country it serviced, in its native language, while ensuring the consistency of data. Furthermore, in maintaining its innovative and fun image, they looked for a platform that could also allow easily adapt to the behavior of today’s consumer. With the increased use of smart phones and other mobile devices, their multiple sites needed to be converted to mobile sites as well.
