Club IT, Part Two

Club IT is a fun and family operated club that is growing quickly in the business community. The owners of Ruben and Lisa have set in place a foundation to attract people of all ages and they have the capability to compete with other night clubs in its area. A business must make sure that they have strategies in place to help to build an organization in the areas that they may fall short in the developmental status. The club may not be in any critical danger, but will over time lose the interest of the crowd if they do not cater to those of all potential customer possibilities. When you have a business, you must take the time out to plan steps to take to explore all options on how to make a business the best organization it can be, and to be able to compete with neighboring competition. The owners saw that their establishment lack in the area system technologies to run a very successful management department. This essay will give an overview of the areas that need immediate attention.

The first problem that has been spotted in this business is a problem with communication. There should also be more ways to communicate by updated devices. The club has the tendency to use the operation of the business phone, and there are not enough phone lines available to allow more calls to come in, or calls to go out. The first department I would install would be a team to monitor or be in charge of the phone systems to allow potential customers to call and get club information, or for the business to be able to call out to order, or return calls to interested customers. This area needs a receptionist position of management so that messages can be taken so that potential customers are not ignored, and that questions about the club can be answered if needed be.
