Introduction

The company will be named as Dosro Haath Co. Ltd. The main mission of the proposed company is to serve the consumers with good second hand products through advertising. The company will have products such as Computers, Laptops, Motorbikes, Cars, Mobile Phones, TVs, Music systems, etc. For the transaction, the goods like Computers, Laptops and music systems should not cross the limit of maximum 3 years from the purchasing date. Mobile phones should not cross the limit of maximum 1.5 years from the purchasing date. Cars, bikes and other items should not cross the limit of maximum 5 years of purchasing date. Before selling the product, the seller has to register in our organization’s website. Then the seller’s product will be displayed in our website for sale. 1% Service charge will be provided to E-sewa while advertising. The seller will be charged on the basis of bytes plus the duration of the advertisement placed. The whole advertisement fee will be paid by the seller and 5% sales commission will be charged on the selling price.

E-Sewa is the Nepal’s first online payment gateway launched by capital F1 soft international private limited. It facilitates user to make payment online for various merchant products and services. Our company will be located at New Baneshwor, Kathmandu.
