MyMathLab® Study Plan

What is the study plan?

The study plan is a personalized plan, based on your individual needs, generated from the results of your pre-test. The plan is a study guide for you to use in preparing to take the weekly post-test and course final exam.

Each week of this course, you are required to complete your weekly pre-test in MyMathLab® along with a study plan assignment. You must complete your weekly pre-test before an individualized study plan is generated. Prior to completing the pre-test, the study plan will contain all available objectives for the week and will not yet be customized per student.

Where do I access the study plan?

A study plan button is located in MyMathLab® on the left side.

Below is one possible strategy of how to use the study plan:

• Correctly answer 3 of the 4 questions to earn the Mastery Point (MP).

If you do not correctly answer 3 of the 4 questions in the Quiz Me, revisit the Practice problems for additional practice, and then retake the Quiz Me until you earn the Mastery Point.
