MTW Trapezoid Mill

Technical features of MTW Trapezoid Mill

1. Integral bevel gearing

Traditional mill have to equip with reducer, the spindle is driven by shaft coupling. It is difficult to install and makes lots of noise. MTW trapezoid mill is with integral bevel gearing, it has compact layout and is easy to install and operate, greatly improved production effectiveness.

2. internal thin oil lubrication system

It is grease lubrication for traditional mill with big resistance, high temperature and short bearing life. MTW trapezoid mill adopt internal oil pump, there is no need for extra oil pump or lubrication, it can lubricate the bearing of main spindle and bevel shaft.

3. circle air duct

It is straight air duct for traditional mill, this structure has some faults. There is resistance when airflow impact on the air duct plate and energy loss when molecular of airflow collides, vortex may block up the air duct. MTM trapezoid mill overcomes all the faults of traditional mill, it has circle air duct, with smooth entrance, less resistance, the air duct seldom blocked up.

4. It is easy to change shovel and blade
