CORPORATE GOVERNANCE

Corporate governance is the way a business procedures itself. Basically, it is a way of governing the company like an independent state, establishing its own ethnicity, regulations, policies and background of the company to its employees from the top level of management to the lowest level. The corporate governance is planned to improve the accountability of the company in order to circumvent huge disasters before they happen. Stacey is a CEO, chairman, founder and also a majority owner of the company, so by looking her positions in the company it is not the honest judgment for one person to be at the top level of every management, because Stacey is only holding many positions in the company and have authorities to make any decision in the company.

Mainly ethical corporate governance refers to the process and procedure that an organization has to make in dealing with issues regarding, how the company is managed and carries out the day to day business. Stacey as holding a major position in the company must have importance over company’s existence of primary to create a product or service, which is used to generate profit. However that intention must be balanced with controls that ensure a company purses profit without crossing over the line into the realms of unethical behavior.
