Lesson 8 (Course Case Study): Select one (1) of the three cases, 8, 9 or 10. Thoroughly read the Case Study you select. Write a 750-1050 word paper describing the following: 1) Briefly summarize the case; 2) Identify the most important strategic issues facing the organization(s); 3) Evaluate the strategic approach used by management; 4) Assume you are the CEO of this organization, and describe what you would or would not do differently from the strategy used in this case.
