WITNESSETH AS FOLLOWS: 1. a) TERM AND RENT The Leaser as beneficial owner hereby leases to the Lessee Premises situated in Dedza, Plot No 561 (Hereinafter referred to as the “Demised Premises”) for a term of one (1) year (“the Initial Term”) commencing on ……….., 2013,and terminating on …………………………., 2014, renewable upon mutual agreement between both parties on a yearly basis. If the Lessee shall be desirous of renewing the present lease beyond the Initial Term, it shall deliver to the Leaser notice of its said intention in writing not less than one (1) calendar month before the expiration of the Initial Term.
