How I joined the organisation?

How I came to know about them?

What it is that attracted you to them?

How you are experiencing the process of becoming a part of them?

While reading through suggestion 2 ,I was one of the students asking the question as to weather i can stay with the organisation i am already with , and was glad to discover i can and i look forward to looking at the organisation in a new way. The oranisation i am involved with is The New Harvest Christian Fellowship it is organisation),I Became involved in the Church in 2006 when i did a year of your life programe with them , which involved working in the community and getting involved in ministries inside the church, in 2007 i became a paid staff member feeling the calling into the youth ministry this is my 4th year in that possstion.Ive been an active memeber of this church for 10 years, my family is very invoved and thats basically how my involvment started, I had to go through a long process to get to the possision i’m in now going through the directors of the church then the church councell and then the whole church had to accept me as the youth pastor , but the process was all worth it. The thing i like about being involved in this church as you’ll see from the mission statement below is that its not just about the members of the church its about the extended community . Our church is activley involved with places like the Gateway village and school for the mentally handicaped, The West Rand Christian Center which is a community development project that helps support the community as well as give them the much needed skills to sustain themselves, this is just two of the organisations, we also run our own soup kitchen from the church that helps the immediate community. We also have the H.E.A.L. Ministries (healing and educating addicted lives) running a weekly meeting at the church for parents and children with addiction. This is...
