Objectives of the Report
Term paper is essential part of our Practical job sector. It is the brief or written knowledge of assigned topics. The objectives of this stubby are to know practical knowledge about performance apprising evolution system and the communication structure of The One Bank. Also, this study will be helpful to implement in our future career as a HR personnel in banking sector and other industry.
Significance of Study
The economic development of our country mainly depend upon the efficiency of the banking system which can be judged from its working result is so far as, whether the bankers have been able to read the economic situation properly and are successful in selecting the promising industrial sectors. Our increased demand for updated necessaries requires importing merchandise from outside. Again whenever we strive to grow, need to move with positive balance reserve upwards. This is possible if we produce quality products and make them sale outside the country and maintenance of communication with strong confidence. The government of our country and the bank i.e., the Bangladesh Bank has decided to extend considerable help in every respect to business people. Like other nationalized and non-nationalized commercial bank the One Bank Ltd also provide services to the businessmen.
Scope of the Study
As implied in the purpose of the report the scopes are widely related to the secondary data analyzing. For that reason we gathered data from periodical report and record files. we have also collected some information from websites.
Methodology
The methodology of the report includes direct observation, oral communication with the employees of the HRD and studies files and practical experience. This report is basically
qualitative in nature. But the Report includes both quantitative as well as qualitative data. In this report no hypothesis is considered.
