I am making this letter in connection to the minutes of our one-on-one discussion last April 17, 2013.

After a long process of evaluation with your group (DIAMOND Group), it has been assessed that your group has no production since October 2012, which that company believed that it showed no progress despite the activities that the company has been doing in order for us to produce sales.

Furthermore, your agents have been joining those said activities without your knowledge, hence the company has given you until June 30, 2013 to coordinate with you people how to make productions for our company.

However, evaluation has been done and decision has been made, the company has decided that your group will no longer be called DIAMOND, thus you will be joining the PLATINUM Group in which you are originally assigned since you have started in this company.

Moreover, all commissions as over ride for the accounts awarded to your during your term as the manager of DIAMOND Group will still be given to you.
