Business Policy Critic

Nowadays, all business establishments are conforming to the government’s or their own policies. One of the most essential policies that definitely need to be followed is the Labor Policy. Successful and established businessmen today say that the key to a business’ success are their employees. The one that most of us see as the least important factor in a business comes to be the secret weapon. It is not always about having an intelligent owner or shrewd advisers, sometimes dealing and prioritizing the needs of the workers lead to the paved feat.

Employees do feel their importance if they are being protected and assured that their welfare will never be compromised. Today, a way for them to attain that assurance is through the implemented Labor Policy.

Being a mere spectator, I can say that the Labor Policy being implemented by the government is an effective and efficient one. They have made a point to attend to every worker’s needs. Business establishments today are required to seek and provide a safe and healthy work environment for them. The employees’ welfare is being prioritized, their safety is being ensured; the companies they are working with become liable to any possible accidents that might happen to them. It is obviously just for them to be responsible of their workers’ safety while working. Even if they are not in their workplace, their employers will have a share in the expenses incurred for the medication. Though some business entities have certain aversions about this, I still see it fair enough. It is not as if they will be paying the entire amount. Instead, they should just think of it as a return of favor for their worker’s hard work that contributed to their profitability.
