1.0 Introduction:

In this essay I will explain and discuss about Val IT framework which is a new governance framework that help the organization to create value, In addition to Val IT structure and how is this framework relevant to IT governance is and what is the components of it?, also I will mention the principles which Val IT is based on and what is the real-life information that Val IT based on? And finally the future developments of Val IT.

2.0 What is Val IT?

Val IT is a new governance framework that can be used to help the organization to create a business value from IT investments. It consists of a set of guiding principles, a number of processes compliant to the principles that are defined as the most important management practices to help executive management at an enterprise level [1].
