Training and mentoring are two key components that are critical in determining the success of an organization. An effective training and mentoring program is important to the success of InterClean, Inc because it will prepare our new sales force with the essential traits to properly perform and meet InterClean, Inc expectations. Training and mentoring is key element for our company strategy. Here, at InterClean, Inc. we are committed to providing continual training and mentoring program for all employees. The training program will be closely aligned with the company’s mission and business strategy as well as be apart of our organization culture. Mentoring is another component that is critical to the success of the organization because it allows InterClean, Inc. management to analysis previous training methods as well as provides one-on-one training and development for sales team members. The new training and mentoring will follow a three-phase sequence of needs assessments, implementation, and evaluation. This memo will outline the needs of an effective training and mentoring program, the objectives of InterClean, Inc training and mentoring program, performance standards, content for training and mentoring, the time frame for all training and mentoring programs, different evaluation methods, as well as provide feedback and develop alternative avenues that will assist those who need further development.

The training and mentoring program was developed after the merger of InterClean, Inc and EnviroTech to ensure that all sales team members are effectively trained and prepared to meet the goals and expectations of the organization.
