The health care industry is on the rise with the aging Baby Boomers are getting older, which means they will need health care as well as the increasing average lifespan of people. Since, people are living longer and to keep that up, medical workers are in demand.

While setting here and wonder why the health care field is a good field to work and not just a paycheck and guaranteed 40 hours a week. Although salary is very important, the average entry- level health care worker earns from $10 to $50 hour. There are about 500,000 health worker are working in energetic types of scenery, from Ambulances services, blood banks, Clinical, dental laboratories, family planning services, home health services, opticians’, poison control centers, community mental health centers, migrant health programs, neighborhood health center as well as health maintenance organization. Before a health professional can work in the health care field, a state license is mandatory. Therefore, a scholar have to graduate form a department whose program is accepted by the state licensing agency such as a university or college; official organizations; therapeutic, dental, and other specific graduate school demonstrate they are capable for the career by passing a special licensing examination. Upon passing the licensing test, a person can work in doctor’s organizations or run sanatoriums, even observe eyes, restore bones, clean teeth, or bring babies into the world. Some health care position require at least seven years of training, but most health care workers require only two to four years’ preparation. There are programs require classroom as well as talks and hands on opportunities. They can spend time in a lab or summer internship, or clinical rotation in a hospital to sharpen their official and patient care services. There is never a boring moment in the health care field.
