HR Centre

Difference between normal HR:

1. Uniform Standard formulated by HR Centre across TATA multinational corporations.

HR Centre manages all departments and each of them must comply strictly with the provisions and principles of it. TATA is a multinational company with cultural diversity has over 60 oversea countries, therefore TATA need to build its own corporate culture by setting up uniform standard.

2. HR Centre is an independent and free from any department and master control units, which can avoid less corruption and any unethical behaviors.

3. The way in which the HR Centre provides consulting and training service to other organizations and institutions can make a profit.

4. HR Centre as a virtual network helps maintain internal harmony to promote the cohesion and unity of TATA Group through dealing with conflicts between company and employee.

How do our point system works:

1. Monitor ethical and moral behavior such as misuse of authority, misappropriation of funds, misuse of company resources, stealing trade secrets.

2. Track all the employee performances including attendance, working efficiency, accomplishment.

Short-term:

1. Recuitment and sourcing : HR centre is responsible for all the organizational recruitment : we have Tata International Internship program; Break up the traditional Family business system=> hire executives with global views, however, maintain the TATA family shares proportion

2. Training and development (Partnership) Send qualified candidates to recongnized universities for advanced education in their related field
