Cell Phone Contracts

The Cell phone industry has gotten ridiculous. We have different types of contracts, first we have the 2x year contract that gives you the top quality phones for a cheaper price, but you only get it if you are a first time buyer. Second you have the monthly flat fees phones that you have to buy the phone for a full price unless you get the basic ones that don’t have any touch screen android or apps.

Third you have the prepaid phones that you pay ahead. Those have minutes that you need to watch out for. Than you have the low-income government phones that they give to the elderly and people that cannot afford them. I have a Sprint contract for two years for the second time.

The phone broke 4x witch I took it back for them to fix it. I also bought the buy back contract that was supposed to give me money back for my cell phone at the end of my contract. Well at the end of the 2x years I went back for my up-grade and when I went to sell back my phone they told me that my contract of the buy-back was over. I was furious, after I paid they gave that excuse. I spoke with their supervisor and at the end they gave me $50.00 for the phone. If you do the math I paid them a total of $384.00 that equals to the total cost of the phone that I had. What a rip off, I was furious. This agreement is with Best
