What are at least five key points in the articles and the text readings?

Addressing the educational needs of the students with disabilities.

Understanding the different laws that made way for the students.

Examining the history of the movement for equal educational rights.

Law cases that shaped legal developments.

Major federal legislation that safeguards the educational rights of children with disabilities.

My prior beliefs about the legal history of special education is that it was intended to help the children with special needs, but the teachers are not prepared. Most teachers don't understand or really need help to understand how to integrate the students.
