For this assignment, you will access the Osiris database to get the stock prices of a company. The company is Barrick Gold Corporation. On the Osiris database start page, use Quick Search feature to search for Barrick and select Barrick Gold Corporation from the list. From the choices on the left-hand-side of the page, click on the Stock Data/Earnings Estimates option and click on Security and Price Information, scroll down to the Market Prices part of the screen and look at the information. You can then use the Export to Excel 2007 feature to download it to Excel. However, Osiris sometimes is finicky about the number of people downloading at the same time. In that case, you will have to copy and do a paste special to bring it to Excel. Remember to cite your source.

Once you have brought the market prices (these are the company stock prices for each month for the last 8 years – 2005-2012) to Excel you are now ready to perform some operations on the imported data. Do note that you will only have stock prices for January and February of 2012. Adjust and align the columns and make the table presentable.
