Club IT Part One

Club IT, which is currently owned and managed by Lisa Tejada and Ruben Keys, is a new night club that has recently been opened. There are many things about Club IT that need to be researched to make sure that Club IT is successful. Some of these things include the mission of Club IT, its primary clientele, information resources, and the operational effectiveness.

The mission of Club IT is to offer live music, dance space, DJs, and refreshments to their customers to keep them coming back to Club IT on a regular basis. They want to make customers happy so that they will continue to come back to Club IT and bring their friends and other community members along with them.

The different types of music and food that is offered attracts many different types of clientele. Therefore, there is no certain group of people that they are trying to attract but they leave the door open to many different types of clientele.

Information resources are very important in many aspects of Club IT. The intranet resources that Club IT has includes things from telling customers what is on their menus to what types of music will be playing at their club. The information technology department of Club IT is responsible for the different aspects of what they do on the internet and managing those resources. They are responsible for sales of products that are sold online, updating menu and music information, and updating any other information and data that is shared on the Club IT website.

Club IT also needs to pursue the operational effectiveness of the club. For Club IT to pursue operational effectiveness they need to know what prices are fair in the market. For instance they need to know what they should charge for admission, food, and beverages. Club IT can get this information from the market by doing research on companies that are similar to Club IT.
