Applying Results and Conclusions

When doing a research it is important to know how the results and the conclusion will turn out. When researcher starts doing a research, when he or she may predict what the results or the conclusion will be, but on the other hand this is what they predict. In this paper I will be discussing how to applying the results and the conclusion of the research process to problems in Health Care. The research I am conducting is childhood obesity.

Results: Data Collection Methods

When the researcher started conducting this research, when he had to collect important data, but he had to make sure that the appropriate procedures were is taken. Since, he was doing a research on childhood obesity he had to make sure the children’s information was kept confidential at all times. He made sure when he was conducting the research the patients’ name, address, or social security number was not given to him. The only information he had was the date of birth, height, weight, and the gender of the patient. The researcher did not require the patients’ permission to conduct this study; because his or her information was not given the tool that was used to help support the reliability and validity of the study. The researcher gathered the information he needed and added it to a spread sheet. The way the study was done on childhood obesity was accurate and correct based upon the information he had from the National Institute for Clinical Excellence (Croft, December 2011).

Data Analysis Procedures

The data were gathered was analyzed in the study was appropriate for the data were collected. The data that was gathered was based upon children between the ages of two through the age 18. The other data that was gathered was gender, age, height, and weight. The researcher also gathered information from what kind of eating habit the children had.
