a. Introduction, Understanding expectations and concerns of the participants, and objectives of the program.

JUMBLED WORDS:Trainer will divide participants in 3 groups; each group contains manager of every department i-e Marketing, HR, Finance and I.T. All groups will be provided with a Jumbled words activity and every group has to complete the task within the time limits. Jumbled words will include words relating Finance, Marketing, I.T and HR terminologies.
