Executive Summary

Panadería Delicioso Café is a quick casual restaurant that planning to set up Bandar Sungai Long, Kajang which provide pastries, breads, and gourmet sandwiches, soups, salads and beverages. This concept is developed due to it is considered to be a fast casual market segment of the food service industry.

The mission our company is to provide a friendly and comfortable ambience as a casual gathering place for our customers to have a good quality of food and beverages with moderate pricing and delivery system with a high level of customer service.

Panadería Delicioso Café is basically a partnership organization. All the owner and manager of the restaurant holds the most company share which is 20 percent equally and the losses and profits distributed equally among the 5 partners. The restaurant’s overall development estimated cost around RM500, 000-RM600, 000. Our management team consists of marketing and sales manager, financial manager, purchasing manager, administration and human resource manager, supervisor and well-trained staffs. Our basic management team will definitely convey a great sense of innovation and creativeness to our product and services to serve our potential customers.

Panadería Delicioso Café targeted customers are basically local consumers like the household, working adults, students and others. Basically the cafe focuses on people around that area because it would be a very practical area for rendezvous among their business associates or alliances.

Our marketing plan is based on the 4P’s and market segmentation in the food industry.
