SECTION I: Executive Summary
Clorox was founded in 1913 as The Electro-Alkaline Company. It is a multinational global company that has been in business for a long time. It is a maker of many leading brands of products that are available in countries around the world. It 2012 fiscal year revenues total $5.5 billion, 8,400 employees, 39 manufacturing plants, 100+ countries that have their products available for many to buy. The Clorox headquarters are located in Oakland, California. Clorox sells products to healthcare professional cleaning and food service customer places around the world. Clorox strives to restore, enrich, protect, understand, and delight its consumers with brands that enhance their lives. Clorox wants to stay positive and tries to relate a positive atmosphere when dealing with the public in various communities.
