XYZ Construction Inc. is a successful construction company. Since they specialize in horizontal construction such as roads and bridges, their customers are primarily state and federal governments. However, they would like to expand and broaden their customer base before the company becomes publicly traded in the next year.

To do this will be a fairly big challenge. The company wants to expand their client base to include private and residential contracts. However, typically horizontal construction such as road and bridge building is needed by governments, not by private individuals.

Their marketing flyer will be a key element in making their successful transition into a publicly traded company. The flyer should show several key things that will highlight the company's benefits.

The company is over 60 years old they have been in business and profitable for this span of time. They are a growing company with field offices in 11 states. This makes them a nationwide company ready to meet the needs of customers from all over the country.

The company should highlight in their flyer their history and background. They should introduce themselves to their target market by giving a brief synopsis of their company’s history, including the length of time they’ve been in business and how they have grown over the years. They should highlight a few successful projects that they have done. They should also discuss their future or their vision for the future. It should be expressed why the company wants to work with private consumers.

The company's specializes in horizontal construction versus vertical construction, therefore this needs to be highlighted in their marketing flyer.
