Project Objective:

We’ve located a building that we will be overtaking immediately. Because all permit criteria has been

fulfilled, we are in the direct phase of development including newly updated shelving, repair, painting,

and light clean up.

Deliverables:

* The identifiable deliverables will be to repair, and paint, and cleanup the building that we have located.

* Ensure that the management of workers, and the success of the first day opening. The aim will be to prepare a strategic plan that we may identify all advantages and disadvantages to ensure that our opening day is successful.
