Abstract

Atlas Technologies has been hired to coordinate an off-site training session for Avengers Corporation. Management personnel from Avengers Corp. have been identified as key personnel to receive hands-on training of the new compliance system being introduced at Avengers Corp. offices. This paper will describe tasks and resources that will identified to carry out the training of Avengers Corp managers as well as a timeframe that will outline the process of the training.

Project task list

The scheduling of the Avengers Corporation two day training seminar will require a lot of prior coordination. There are several logistical aspects that need to be addressed prior to conducting the training. Atlas’ Human Resources department will work closely with Avengers Corp to get a listing of all personnel that will be required to attend the training. Once the list is finalized, Atlas will create personalized training packages for each individual manager.

Facilities for the event will need to be coordinated. Atlas has business relationships with several hotels in the San Diego area that can accommodate a group the size of Avengers Corp training participants. Blocks of rooms can be reserved at a discounted rate so that all personnel can be accommodated at a central location. The hotels also have conference rooms that can support the size of the training.

Atlas will work with select hotels to gather price information for the specific timeframe of the training. Once this information is received, Atlas will deliver the information to Avengers Corp for cost consideration. When a site has been selected, Atlas will work with the hotel to secure the necessary rooms and conference area to conduct the training. The final arrangements will be passed on to Avengers Corp so that they can make reservations for all the personnel needed.
