This study applies social science methodology to the innovation of e-learning so that decision makers and other stakeholders can assess aspects of its effectiveness, to provide a more secure base for action. In this study, e-learning s effectiveness was evaluated at two universities in Saudi Arabia, through male learners perceptions.
