2.2. Try to develop a set of actions for the communication activity. Select one action and define a task set for it

Communication is mandatory at the beginning of every software project, is recommended throughout the software project, and is mandatory once the deployment activity is underway.

COMMUNICATION ACTIVITY

The Communication activity can be defined as detailed planning form developed to facilitate scheduling and implementation. Planning is no longer general, but settles on numbers, names, figures and time frames involving every team members involved in that particular project.

The objectives of a specific communication plan, as well as the tasks to be accomplished in achieving these deliverables. Dates and times are pinned down; facilities, equipment, and materials are designated; and roles and responsibilities defined.

The planning activities are the following:

* Define deliverables

* Set efficiency target

* Setting tasks

* Set evaluation methodology

2.4. Do some research on PSP and present a brief presentation that describes the types of measurements that an individual software engineer is asked to make and how those measurement can be used to improve personal effectiveness'

As personal software process emphasizes on the work product and the resultant quality of the that particular work product and the process which involves all PSP phases: planning, high level designing, development and postmortem that helps software engineer to control the quality of all the software work products that are developed.

The type of measurements that an individual software engineer is asked to make is to measure quantify the process and the product. They provide insight into how the process is working

* Developing project planning and process.

* And analyzing measures to improve it and modify accordingly.
