RASAS have three car dealerships; they sell and service many types of American and Japanese cars. RASAS also have two auto parts stores, a large body shop and car painting business and an auto salvage yard. Vikky Robert is the owner who inherited the business from her father. Vikky is interested in restoring her 1965 Shelby Mustang GT 350 that needs a lot of restoration. She also notes the public’s growing interest in the restoration of vintage cars. Vikky is thinking to restoration the Mustang so she use it to make a big advertising for her new business in restoration in Detroit Auto Show. The new business involves 22 activities which start from -A to V- Vikky wants to complete her project in just 45 days using PERT-CPM so she can use the Mustang in the next auto show in Detroit. Vikky wanted a brief report on some of the aspects of the proposed project, such as how it fits in with RASA’s other business and what RASAS’s operations task should be with regard to cost, quality, customer service, and flexibility. Vikky wants to limit all expenditures on the project so it cannot be more than $70,000 including the $50,000 the cars’ price and now she want do the mint condition for her car.
