Even though hard work will make life easier, personal responsibility is important to be happy because being personally responsible in turn will make other parts of your life easier and being personally responsible will help others trust you more. Being personally responsible does not mean you focus only on yourself but you must also guide your actions that will affect the environment around you.

Personal responsibility will affect many aspects of your life. The foundation that controls many aspects of your life is your responsibility to your work ethic. Your work ethic says a lot about a person’s characteristics. How hard a person works tells you how much he cares and enjoys their job. If a person truly enjoys what they do they will do everything to excel and help that organization succeed. In turn this shows how well of a character that person has. If he is at work on time and follows the rules this will flow over in to other parts of his life. The person will be on time for dates of special events because they understand the importance of being on time. The person will follow given rules at work he will tend to lean towards follow laws given by the land.

Personal responsibility to friends will enrich and strengthen a friendship. If you are personally responsible you will be there and care for your friends. These friends and the bonds you build in turn will encourage your friends to be loyal and be there for you in your time of need. If a friend needs help moving to a new place and you tell him you will be there it is personally responsible to be there in his time of need so that in turn the favors will be return in the future.
