Constellation Brands is currently during quite well. Constellation Brands Inc. is an international producer and marketer of beverage alcohol, including wine, spirits and imported beer. It has three business divisions: 1) Constellation wines, 2) Constellation spirits and 3) Crown Imports. Constellation's wine division produces and sells many brands as well as wine kits and beverage alcohol refreshment coolers in Canada. Constellation spirits primarily produces distilled spirits marketed in the value price category. Crown Imports is a joint venture with Grupo Modelo, S.A.B. de C.V., which was formed in January 2007 to gain the exclusive right to import market and sell a variety of beer brands, including Corona and Pacifico.
