First factor globalization is the increasing interdependence, integration and interaction among people and corporations in disparate locations around the world (Wikipedia 2007).

In 1996 AT&T revenue had a 25 percent increase because the company increased its holdings and business ventures outside the U.S. The company total revenue is expected to grow twice the level by the end of this decade.
