As an intern in supply chain solution control tower for roughly half year, I realized control tower aims to manage the supply chain from supplier all the way to customer by tracking and controlling every shipment. More important is we provide a wide range of logistic solutions for the issues that happened through supply chain, for instance, reverse logistic, on time performance and inventory management. Additionally, our trading partners choose us to utilize our network capability, and then they are more likely to work with one supplier, often meaning that it would simplify process and improve efficiency as a result.

Of course that the various services are provided by us are flexible according to customers demand. More specifically, the supply chain control tower department in Ceva Singapore supports by more than thirty employees. As for the distribution of manpower, it replies on the collaboration and business of the trading customers, which are General Motors (GM), Caterpillar (CAT), Microsoft, and Tyco electronic at present time.
