A new issue has formed with joining InterClean and EnviroTech. We are looking for people within the company to work in new positions to make the company more successful. In filling these jobs, we first have decided what job titles exist. What are the qualifications need to be set in place to fill these positions. The analysis method that is best for the position in this sales force will be Job Performance.

Vice President of Sales is responsible for overseeing all aspects of sales and business development for the company. Responsibilities are as followed: Achieve annual sales goals. Develop and implement annual sales plans. Assist in the development and creation of company sales target and forecast. Assist in the creation development of new products and bring them to market. Identify and generate leads. Establish sales territories and quotas. Manage prospect pipeline from interest (establishing relationship), development (understanding need), and close. Conduct telesales and in-person sales calls. Manage the proposal process. Develop and maintain an effective organization through selection, training, compensation, motivation, termination, and review of sales staff. Assist sales staff as needed. Assist with maintaining proposal and RFP tracking data base. Build and supervise sales staff.

Sales Manager will be in charged with the important roles of identifying and selling to clientele and managing a team of in house and outside sales executives focused on selling across all of the company’s Intelligent Target Marketing Service. Responsibilities are: Evaluate, hire/ fire, train and motivate sales executives. Manage towards a goal of yielding profitable revenue growth for the company.
