1) All religions share and preach the same philosophy, pure mind

2) But over a period of time, people have absorbed the traditions and methods that lead us to this path failing to reason out why they did, what they did.

3) Some simple ways of attaining this purity of mind are good relationships, reading good books, good thoughts and deeds and practicing enriching forms of art.

4) Therefore we need to be cautious in our actions and avoid indulging in activities that would demoralize the soul and our mind.

5) All paths that enhance mankind to achieve this mental status should be welcomed regardless of religion or origin

6) It is meaningless to argue about what is the best way to achieve this pure mental status when we fail practice the foundation on which it is built.

1) Let us cherish the victory of others instead of being jealous about them. Let us learn the secret behind their success and implement it in our own lives.

2) Let us liberate ourselves from these undesirable thoughts that occupy our mind and which makes us slaves of our earthly desires.

3) Try to reason out the motive behind our actions rather than taking a defensive stand. Wise people analyze their actions and practice this technique.

4) Avoid speaking harsh and inappropriate words that demotes us to an animal status.

1) Well cultured people know to control their temper which is momentary.

2) They are focused on the causes that led to this situation which disturbed them.

3) They generally tune themselves to learn, accept, and adapt the fact and embrace it gracefully.

4) On the other hand there are individuals who could do neither of these and always find themselves in a bad temperament, provoking similar behavior among those surrounding them.

5) They are unfortunate and pathetic individuals.

6) At the same time we need to ensure that we do not subject ourselves to become seeds for another benevolent person’s frustration....
