U02A1 Market Place Visit

Market Place Visit

It is approximately 1130 on a Saturday, July 20, 2013, it is in the summertime it is sunny, the sun makes me very tired because it is hot and I have a hard time keeping cool. The summer months are not my favorite time of the year because the sun drains all the fluids from my body. As I approached the mall I notice that the mall is made of concrete and bricks and it has glass windows the lawn outside is well manicured and the scrubs and flowers and trees are well kept. There are thousands of people going inside the mall with their children, some are teenagers with their friends, some are walking fast and some people are walking slowly. The teenagers are wearing jeans and tee shirts, some of the parents and children are dressed casual and some of the men are wearing suits with ties.

As I went inside the mall when I first entered me smell popcorn and cotton candy at the concession booth that was in the mall when I walked into the shoe store I smelled brand new shoes and leather. When I walked pass that cosmetic shop I could smell the sweet fragrances of perfumes they smell like fresh linen. I heard the sound of lots of people talking at one time which was annoying at times because it made me forget what I came to the mall to purchase. I heard the little children giggling, I love the sound of the children laughter because I love kids and I love to hear them play and giggle. I also, heard the sound of teenagers on their cell phone and I got really annoyed because they were chattering very loud. Throughout the mall there was a soft melody of music playing that sound appealing to my ears. There was annoying sound of big planes flying over the mall which I didn’t not like the sound of the planes flying over the building.
