The reason I decided to pursuit my Master Degree was for the purpose of becoming an Entrepreneur, promotion, and advancing my education. The demands of the workplace are changing every day with me getting my master’s degree make me marketable will help me gain promotion opportunity or help me start my own business. I planned some day to open my own business in Real Estate Appraisal and Home Inspection. For me pursuing my degree is very significance because I have been for the 5 years stressing the important of education to my sons and going on to college to get a degree. It was during that time I sat down thought about it and realized that I didn’t have a degree so I look in the mirror that I didn’t have one. Part of consideration were that getting a master’s degree I have a chance to join an elite organizations that leads internships and have other professional opportunities. Some of the advantages of me obtaining my MBA put me in a better spot to achieve some of the global marketplace as our world continue to change. The disadvantage of not having a college degree is that your career goal will not be reachable like those of your counterpart that has a college degree.

The Jungian 16 Type Personality self-assessment determines that I am ENTP which indicate you are innovative, individualistic, versatile, and entrepreneurial. And that my possible career would be as politician, strategic planner, literary agent, publicist, entrepreneur, investment broker, computer analyst, and ad executive. I agree with those finding because I have in my young years dream of being a entrepreneurial and is working today toward that goal. Some time ago I did self assessment and 10 year plan on reaching those goal and opening up a Real Estate Appraisal and Home Inspection business right now I am on track of doing so with me obtaining my master’s degree will further push me toward that mark.
