Introduction:

Namita Tripathi, the proprietress of ‘WHITE CLOUD’ laundry, with the support of an employee base of only 60 is doing well to stand up to the mark of conveying her firm’s mission statement – Professional Care for Clothes. WHITE CLOUD is putting in its best efforts to ensure that customers are given satisfactory services while maintaining a quality of the services provided as well. The enterprise endeavors to justify its logo, which is drawing of a white cloud in the top right hand corner of a sky-blue square with the words ‘White Cloud’ below but, within the square. Looking at the logo compels one to have the thought of a confident and competent group, which WHITE CLOUD always thrives to prove.

Mrs Namita Tripathi was born in Mumbai. She did her MA in economics and then started working for Tata Consultancy Services in Mumbai. After some time she decide to move to Goa. After coming to Goa, Namita felt that professionalism was not there in the laundry services and the customers of laundry services always complained about the poor quality delivered to them. She felt that in metropolitan cities like Mumbai, the laundry services provide value for money that was absent with the services operating in Panjim. This absence led to customer dissatisfaction and therefore a solution was required for this problem. She analyzed the problem well and came up with the idea of bridging up the gap between customer demands and the services provided. After consulting with her husband, Deepak, a successful businessman himself and owner of Tulip Diagnostic (P) Ltd., she came up with the idea of setting up laundry services with him.

History:
