From the legal and ethical point of view, the manager should not buy the furniture at a discount price from an unknown source. According to (Deresky, 2011),the term international business ethics refers to the business conduct or morals of MNCs in their relationships with individuals and entities, which are based on broadly accepted guidelines from religion, legal system etc. Since the dealer cannot provide sufficient product information, so we cannot know if is legal or not, safe or not. MNEs should respect the laws and regulations of the countries in which they operate with regard to consumer protection, moreover, MNEs should preserve the safety and health of consumers by providing sufficient and exact product information (Deresky, 2011).

CSR is the responsibility of enterprises for their impacts on society. Enterprises should show respect for applicable legislation, and for collective agreements between social partners (European Commission, 2011). CEMEX is a global leader in the building materials industry that is located in Mexico. As a MNC, CEMEX has provided its housing strategy, which is designed to address the significant housing deficits in developing countries, especially in Mexico, CEMEX’s low-income housing strategy has offered huge advances in the lower-income people through CEMEX’s financing programs, training programs, which make them be capable of paying for their own homes(About CEMEX, 2012). The strategy carried out by CEMEX indicates that CEMEX not only focus on its own profit but also pay attention on its sustainable development, it try to maximum it profit as well as crate the greatest value for the society.
