Customer loyalty is means based on influence of quality, price, service and other elements make customer have emotion and become predilection for some company and keep long time to purchasing service or product of same company.

Today the retailer industry development more and more quickly, every enterprise are going to find new ways to attract customer, membership card is most usual way for retailer industry, however , most retailer are only treat membership card as a tool of promotion sale. Actually, membership card is not only a tool of promotional sale, membership card can connection with customer and going to increase customer loyalty to enterprise.

In conclusion, customer loyalty is very important to enterprise, so we use Tesco Clubcard as a sample to explain the relationship between membership card and customer loyalty.
