Great Wall Rotary Kiln Process

Great Wall company specializes in manufacturing equipment and processes of magnesium rotary kiln.Raw material is mainly the dolomite,which is crushed to qualified materials (30-40mm) by stone crusher(primary crusher jaw crusher or second crusher cone crusher),then the crushed materials calcined by rotary kiln, calcined dolomite are cooled by cooling machine, and then dolomites are ground into a powder through the ball mill.

Jaw crusher 600*900,fine crusher 250*1200, 3*60m rotary kiln,2×20m cooling machine ,MQG ball mill 2.4×8m、MQG ball mill1.5×5.7m、MG2233 coal mill、HL300bucket elevator、coal gas furnace 3 m、ball impress machine ,vertical shaft preheater、G×400screw conveyor.
