Laptop Screen Surplus

Houston, TX 77028

ATTENTION: Ms. Dionne Dubree

On September 20, I bought a laptop replacement screen, serial # QWERTY123 at Laptop Screen Surplus, located on 21 Hight Street.

Unfortunately, your product has not performed well because my laptop display is still not working. I am disappointed because, I was promised that the screen that I purchased was compatible with my laptop.

On 21 September, I tried returning the screen to the local store due to incompatibility. However, the staff at the time would not refund or exchange the screen because it was considered an electronic item and it had been opened.

I explained to your staff, that while replacing the screen I compared the broken screen with the new screen and noticed that model numbers did not match. Because of this I did not replace the broken screen.

I believe that since the laptop screen purchased was not compatible and I was guaranteed that it would be compatible the responsibility is with your staff.

To resolve the problem, I would appreciate your company refund my purchase or exchange the laptop screen with a new one. Enclosed are copies of my records are copies of my receipts and your company policy on returning items.

I look forward to your reply and a resolution to my problem and will wait until October 1, before seeking help from a consumer protection agency or the Better Business Bureau. Please contact me at the above address or by phone.

Sincerely,

Name
