OUR DEFINITION OF STRATEGIC STAFFING
Wilson’s Coffee is a coffee shop dedicated to proving some of the best coffee in here in America. Our goal is to bring the highest quality product and service to our community for a good price. Every one of our employees should be proud to work at Wilson’s Coffee. They should also be friendly and knowledgeable about the types of drinks we can make. Our employee will also learn the art of cupping and tasting coffee so that they can describe with reasonable accuracy the coffees they serve. They will also learn the basics of roasting and levels of roast and how they affect the flavors of a coffee. We encourage our employees to learn about every aspect of their job, including blending coffees, the history of coffee, scientific facts about coffee and even competitions. They will learn how to make drinks properly. This includes adjusting the espresso grinder, tamping, pulling a shot and frothing milk. Anyone who cannot or will not do these things cannot be an employee at Wilson’s Coffee Shop.

Management will work with all employees to obtain job information. This will happen semiannual. Job descriptions will be updated as soon as practical after job analysis information is collected, edited as needed, and compiled.

Duty: Serving food or beverages Percentage:30 %
Duty: Cleaning up ( restaurant floors, tables, bathrooms, dishes, equipment, around building, inside building, windows, ect) Percentage: 30%
Duty: General duties (stocking, and restocking equipments items ect, maintaining inventory) Percentage: 10%
