Though a departure a Northwest’s regular business, it is believe by CMI leadership that is can become a much larger full- service financial institution. CMIs current business is focused of offering mortgage insurance to high- ratio mortgages. Dealing primarily with banks and lending institutions, CMI believes they can do much more to build their business in the real estate marked. With interest in expanding in financial offerings, CMI has initiated discussions with corporate Transfers Services in Chicago. CTS provides relocation Services to various companies throughout the country, but highly concentrated in its home town of Chicago. The real estate industry has experienced high growth and the trend of relocation services for employers showed no signs of slowing.

On the majority of occasions, people and organization negotiate to come to an agreement. There is usually some give and take before decisions are made. Capital Mortgage Insurance Corporation wants to acquire Corporate Transfer Services.

Northwest Equipment Corporation expects Randall to build CMI into a larger and greater extent diversified financial service company. Randall will have to acquire bodily Transfer Services a small relocation Company as part of a plan for diversification.
